The MDB24-12 is designed for lake aeration with muddy bottoms. It has 4 of the 12″ Matala membrane disc diffusers mounted to a double hollow base via a 6″ tee riser pipe. The riser pipe keeps the 4 air discs up out of the mud on a natural lake. Each single 12″ disc diffuser can handle airflow rates from 80 -200 lpm. Four discs combined can handle between 160 -800 lpm. Ideal flow rate is 400 lpm to 600 lpm for best performance. Add sand, gravel and water to the base to make it sink. Award winning design and fish friendly.
